DFK Compressed Air - Offline Cleaning
This cleaning process uses compartmentalisation of the filter housing clean gas chamber. Each chamber is connected with the clean gas collective channel and can be isolated. At the beginning of the cleaning process in one chamber, the corresponding isolation damper on the clean gas side will be closed. The flat bags are cleaned during interrupted filtration process by means of compressed air pulses.
After the cleaning process, the chamber remains isolated until the bags of the next chamber have to be cleaned. The cleaning of bags of one chamber by means of compressed air takes place in the same way as described for the DF Range of Filters.
If required the complete crude and clean gas area of the filter housing can also be divided into chambers upon request, thereby offering the possibility of isolating specific chambers for inspection or maintenance purposes, whilst the remaining chambers of the filter are available for operation.
