DF Compressed Air - 'Online' Cleaning
The cleaning of the flat-bag rows takes place sequentially in steps by means of a cleaning controller or PLC, The clean Chamber is provided with vertically mounted compressed air injectors, arranged in front of each row of filter bags. Compressed air and secondary clean gas air is injected into two adjacent bag rows. Injector tubes are designed in accordance with aerodynamic principles. The bag rows are cleaned by this combination air contrary to the normal filtration flow. Thus removing the particle cake from the filter media. This is proven while in continious operation.
